Mobile App

The AASL National Conference Mobile App and Event Guide is your one-stop for everything you need for AASL21.

Invite/Registration Only App

As a registrant, including exhibitors and guests, you should have received an invitation with steps to download and launch the app. If you didn’t receive an invitation e-mail acline@ala.org. The invitation is not required to access the app but does cut some of the steps.

You can also download the Crowd Compass app from the Google Play or Apple App Store or access the online version at crowd.cc/aasl21. Please Note: The name of the app is Crowd Compass by Cvent. AASL National Conference is an event inside this app.

Set It Up!

The AASL21 mobile app has everything you need to plan, schedule, connect, and reflect during the AASL National Conference. The mobile app has been set up to ensure speaker and attendee security as well as posting accountability. You will be asked to log in before you can download, open, or interact with the event.

All invited registrants have their settings automatically set to “Hidden.” To change your setting:

  • Tap Profile at the bottom of the screen, then your name at the top of the screen.
  • Under profile visibility, toggle to “visible.”
  • Tap Done in the top right to save.

This setting will enable your name, title, company, and photo to be displayed. You will need to approve another attendee’s contact request before they can view your full profile.

FAQs

What if I need a more accessible way to view the conference material?

AASL is more than happy to provide a copy of the program event schedule and exhibitor listing.  To request the material e-mail aaslnational@ala.org. IMPORTANT: the data for this document will be pulled at the launch of the mobile app and approximately one week before conference and provided in an Excel document format.

Why isn’t there a printed program book this year?

In an effort to reduce the number of items attendees touch AASL has made the decision to eliminate the physical program books and conference bags. However, each attendee will receive a pocket program and exhibit hall maps will be available on site. We encourage all attendees to download the mobile app/event guide because it contains more information and more accurate information than would have been available in a printed book.

How do I access materials (session and exhibitor)?

Both session and exhibitor materials can be found on their individual page under “Documents.” Simply click the download button next to the item and it will open in a new screen and be available for viewing and saving.
